There are many people who don’t understand grief but I will tell you that grief is not a bad thing, but it can be a blessing if we know how to move on.

Grief is an emotion that is felt by everyone, but not all people can express it in the right manner. If you are a person who is feeling grief then you must know that the grief will not disappear but it will keep on coming back until you accept it and make peace with it.

What is grief?
